Fully automated, fast and dynamic measurement for trace gas inclusion analysis.

The InProcess Instruments GIA 522 trace gas inclusion analysis system was developed to analyse small to extremely small gas inclusions in technical glasses, ceramics, minerals or small hermetically sealed electronic components. The samples are pierced with a needle in a gold plated stainless steel chamber under ultra high vacuum conditions. The gas captured in the inclusion expands as it passes through a transfer line into the measurement chamber. The analyser has a detection limit of better than 10 ppb, delivering the most reliable measurements on the smallest bubbles.
