The InProcess Instruments IMU 200 is an automated, computer controlled quadrupole mass spectrometer for isotope ratio and trace impurity analysis of uranium hexafluoride (UF₆). It includes many application specific features such as LN₂ cooled ion source for minimum memory effects, automatic vacuum control and LN₂ monitoring for high reliability unattended operation, and even user specific configurations upon request.
