Gas and Liquid Feedthroughs

Single or dual gas and liquid vacuum/UHV feedthroughs including liquid nitrogen.

Non-electrical vacuum wall feedthroughs are of two types: those suitable for transferring any gas or liquid compatible with stainless steel and those with low thermal conductance between transfer tubes and flange, specifically for transferring LN2. When choosing a feedthrough simply select the feedthrough’s tube diameters and end terminations to match the connecting tubes and components. Note that some combinations of end terminations may be too large to fit through some ports.
