UHV Sample Heater - Resistive Type |

300W single channel resistive UHV sample heater for UHV sample heating or effusion cell temperature control. Fully software controlled and web enabled.
The HEAT1-PS is used for UHV sample heating heating and/or thermal evaporator control. The unit is equipped with integrated PID temperature controller and controleld ramp power heating. The unit can be operated in AUTO mode (with temperature control) or MANUAL mode (without temperature control). Type-K and type-C thermoucouples are supported as well as silicon diodes for cryogenic systems.
It is suitable for UHV sample heating over the temperatures range 20degC to 1500 degC. The maximum temperature depends upon the exact details of the sample holder/evaporator. It operates equally as well with home made sample heaters or with any sample heater from our UHV sample holder range.
The unit is also fully software controlled and web-enabled so that it can be operated over any network, including the internet. HEAT1-PS UHV Sample Heater:
