Since all of our models are based around one standard design (the PTS), all critical parts across the range can be replaced without breaking vacuum.

PTS Standard: Base model sample holder for easy sample mounting and with with sample bias function.

PTS 1000 HC: Sample holder made from molybdenum with indirect sample heating up to 1000°C and cooling down to –170°C.

PTS 1200 HC: UHV sample holder with electron beam heating up to 1200°C and cooling down to –180°C.

PTS 2000 HC: UHV sample holder with electron beam heating up to 2000°C.

PTS Cleave HC: UHV sample holder made from copper with indirect sample heating up to 600°C and cooling down to –180°C, dedicated for cleaver chamber.
